About the role

The Integrated Sales Manager will develop and execute the sales strategy for a cluster covering Costa Rica, Honduras, and Nicaragua. You will lead a local sales team, build senior relationships with top accounts, and ensure the delivery of business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Create, articulate, and drive local strategies for different customer segments.
  • Leverage knowledge of the local business environment to shape the sales strategy.
  • Maintain senior relationships with top accounts and conduct joint sales calls with representatives and channel managers.
  • Oversee activity and account management to understand customer needs.
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting processes to align with business goals.
  • Drive campaigns that generate a healthy pipeline and yield.

Required profile

  • Professional with over 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the logistics industry.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English at B2+/C1 level.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Power BI proficiency.
