About the role
The Integrated Sales Manager will develop and execute the sales strategy for a cluster covering Costa Rica, Honduras, and Nicaragua. You will lead a local sales team, build senior relationships with top accounts, and ensure the delivery of business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Create, articulate, and drive local strategies for different customer segments.
- Leverage knowledge of the local business environment to shape the sales strategy.
- Maintain senior relationships with top accounts and conduct joint sales calls with representatives and channel managers.
- Oversee activity and account management to understand customer needs.
- Manage forecasting and budgeting processes to align with business goals.
- Drive campaigns that generate a healthy pipeline and yield.
Required profile
- Professional with over 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the logistics industry.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English at B2+/C1 level.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Power BI proficiency.
