Installation Project Manager

About the role

The Installation Project Manager will lead customer engagements, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations. This hybrid role requires working on average two days per week from the HPE office in Heredia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of large, complex, high‑risk customer projects across one or multiple regions.
• Oversee project financials, including P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop new business opportunities, qualify large deals and act as opportunity manager for high‑risk engagements.
• Maintain client relationships and represent HPE to external customers.
• Lead project teams of up to 40 members, mentor staff and provide performance feedback.

Required profile

• University degree and at least 7 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal, commercial and financial aspects of projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• PMP certification.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, policies and processes.
