Inside Account Manager – Business Development

About the role

The Inside Account Manager will build long‑term, high‑performing relationships with partners, prospect new business and drive growth for Sony products and services through outbound sales calls and strategic account planning.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound sales calls to sell Sony products and services to a book of accounts.
• Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date pipeline in Salesforce and other pipeline management tools.
• Develop and present strategic business plans to regional management.
• Resolve complex customer issues, align stakeholders and drive resolutions.
• Support resellers and customers with marketing initiatives, promotions and growth plans.

Required profile

• 2+ years of account management or business development experience, preferably B2B.
• Proven ability to influence business outcomes, close opportunities and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and recommend actions.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication abilities.

• Salesforce (pipeline and account management).
