About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our medical device manufacturing team. The role will support new product introductions, process improvements and sustainment projects, working closely with R&D and production.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with R&D to transfer new products from concept to launch.
• Plan, execute and lead engineering projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to address manufacturing challenges and cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Apply structured problem‑solving tools (DMAIC, 5 Whys, Kaizen, etc.) to resolve process issues.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, process validation and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (2‑4 years experience preferred).
• Experience in medical device or other highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1) for verbal, written and technical communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and work independently.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minitab, PLM Agile, BPCS and other compliance systems.
• Technical knowledge of molding, RF welding, RF tipping, extrusion, automation and form‑fill‑seal technologies.
• Mechanical, electrical and automation design concepts.
• Data analysis and project management tools.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) and PMP certification preferred.
• Understanding of GMP, process validation and machine‑learning applications.
