About the role
BC Ingeniería is looking for a Civil/Construction Engineer to join its team. The position is based on‑site and offers a permanent contract. The successful candidate will support project planning, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with construction standards while collaborating closely with colleagues.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
- At least one year of proven experience in the construction sector.
- Membership or incorporation with the CFIA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Valid B1 driver’s license.
- Proactive attitude and results orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Leadership qualities and decision‑making skills.
