Inbound Sales Representative – TV/Marketing (Remote, $200k+ OTE)

About the role

We are looking for an inbound sales representative to close high‑ticket TV media packages for small businesses. You will consult with owners on how a documentary feature can become a powerful marketing asset, working entirely remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct up to 16 thirty‑minute Zoom calls per day with pre‑booked inbound leads.
• Sell TV media packages ranging from $10,000 to $100,000.
• Maintain a professional presence on camera and attend every call on time.
• Update the CRM after each call, send follow‑up SMS, and complete daily reports.
• Participate in daily morning training sessions and ongoing coaching.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in high‑ticket or B2B environments.
• Proven ability to use consultative, ethical selling techniques.
• Comfortable handling inbound leads and managing a high call volume.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently from a home office.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Zoom for video calls.
• Familiarity with Typeform for lead capture.
• Ability to send SMS messages for follow‑up communication.
