HR Generalist – Shift B

About the role

The HR Generalist (Shift B) will support daily operations of the Human Resources department, providing guidance, coordination and administrative assistance across all HR functions. Working closely with HR managers, internal teams and client groups, the role ensures compliance with policies, handles employee relations and contributes to performance management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with employment laws and company standards.
• Coordinate associate off‑boarding, schedule exit interviews, collect feedback and complete required documentation.
• Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures and legal regulations to associates and managers.
• Provide guidance on employee‑relations matters, addressing routine issues and documenting concerns.
• Deliver HR data analysis, identify trends and support the creation of insights to improve engagement and business performance.
• Support performance evaluation and associate development within the Integrated Talent Management framework.
• Execute HR initiatives, programs and practices, monitoring follow‑up and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum three years of professional HR experience, including employee‑relations and performance‑management support.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, compensation and benefits.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams.
