HR Delivery Team Leader (SVP)

About the role

The HR Delivery Team Leader is a senior people‑leadership and service‑delivery role responsible for guiding a team of HR consultants who provide day‑to‑day HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 HR professionals, setting performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee HR advisory services on policy interpretation, performance management, employee conduct, organizational changes, terminations and other complex matters.
• Drive service‑delivery excellence by managing metrics such as case quality, turnaround time, SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, COEs, Legal, Risk and other stakeholders to resolve high‑risk cases and provide insights on service trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and audit standards, and support audit activities.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, including HR generalist, advisory or consulting roles.
• Prior experience supervising HR professionals or project teams in a shared‑services or case‑management environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, performance management and workforce practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage service metrics, quality standards and customer outcomes.
