HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic HR liaison for our shift operations. The role will partner with operations leadership to drive workforce planning, employee relations, and continuous improvement of the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned shift operations and support workforce planning and engagement.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, disciplinary processes, and compliance with company policies, QSR and ISO 13485 standards.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, including recognition, communication, wellness programs, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Administer talent development activities such as internal transfers, individual development plans, coaching, and succession planning.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics and KPIs, produce reports, and develop strategies to improve engagement, retention, and development.
• Support operational tasks including headcount reconciliation, vacation/overtime administration, employee file maintenance, and NCR investigations.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Knowledge of Quality System Regulations (QSR) and ISO 13485.
• Proven leadership, planning and coaching skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Initiative‑taking, self‑starter attitude with high responsibility.
• Team‑oriented, service‑focused mindset with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of QSR (Quality System Regulations).
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 standards.
