About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR Administrator to support day‑to‑day people operations across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Operations Specialist, you will ensure smooth onboarding, accurate records, and consistent execution of core HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate pre‑boarding tasks, system access, documentation, and readiness checks for new hires.
- Schedule orientation sessions, prepare onboarding materials, and maintain new‑hire checklists.
- Provide first‑level support for employee benefits inquiries and assist with enrollments, qualifying life events, and open enrollment coordination.
- Monitor the HR inbox, respond to routine inquiries, and route complex issues appropriately.
- Prepare and process HR documents such as separation agreements and employment verifications.
- Maintain digital personnel files, ensure compliance, and support HRIS data entry and audits.
- Track compliance training completions, assist with internal audits, and keep internal documentation up to date.
- Offer general administrative assistance to the HR team and help coordinate HR events and small employee programs.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in HR administration, coordination, or operations support.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, solutions‑oriented attitude.
- Comfort with fast‑paced environments, multiple tasks, and changing systems.
Required skills
- Experience with HR systems such as Greenhouse or Rippling.
- Familiarity with ticketing or inbox management tools (e.g., Jira, shared inboxes).
- Proficiency in maintaining internal documentation using Confluence and Google Suite.
