Housekeeping Runner

About the role

The Housekeeping Runner provides operational support to the cleaning team, ensuring an efficient flow of activities within the club’s housekeeping department. The role involves delivering linens, towels, toiletries and other supplies to member residences and public areas, restocking grocery lists, and assisting with general cleaning and organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver linens, towels, toiletries and other supplies to member homes or public areas based on cleaning staff requests.
• Restock grocery items in member residences when needed.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining common and specific areas as directed.
• Transport soiled linens, robes, mats and towels to laundry and return clean items to designated locations.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following all safety protocols.
• Remove waste from general areas and member residences.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, gasoline carts and storage rooms in order.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks in storerooms and laundry to ensure supply availability.
• Respond to member and visitor requests professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Support special cleaning tasks such as window washing or deep cleaning when required.
