Housekeeper – Private Residences & Club Facilities

About the role

We are looking for a professional Housekeeper to deliver high‑quality cleaning and maintenance services across private residences, administrative offices and public areas of our club. The role ensures immaculate, orderly and safe environments for residents, visitors and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily and deep cleaning of private residences (rooms, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, terraces, balconies and corridors).
• Clean internal offices, meeting rooms, restrooms and shared spaces.
• Maintain public zones such as hallways, public restrooms, lounge areas and exterior spaces.
• Wash windows, glass doors, mirrors and other visible surfaces.
• Replace and replenish bedding, towels and other textiles according to standards.
• Restock personal hygiene supplies and amenities (soap, toilet paper, towels, air fresheners, etc.).
• Inspect minibars or courtesy stations and replenish when required.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify special cleaning or maintenance needs.
• Keep cleaning‑supply inventory up‑to‑date and report replenishment needs.
• Follow safety and confidentiality protocols when accessing residences and offices.
• Report damages or maintenance issues promptly.
• Support special projects, events or activities that require cleaning assistance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience, preferably in private residences, residential complexes, offices or similar properties.
• Experience in hospitality or personalized service is highly valued.
• Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Proactive attitude, strong communication and a positive, courteous demeanor.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and respect safety and privacy rules.

Required skills

• Operation of cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, etc.).
• Proper handling and application of chemical cleaning products.
