About the role
The HomeCare Order Management Specialist will handle incoming and backlogged orders, ensuring they qualify for insurance billing. This role works closely with internal sales, CSR teams, external customers, and patients to deliver professional service.
Key responsibilities
- Process new and backlogged orders to determine insurance eligibility.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate patients' financial responsibilities when necessary.
- Adapt to rapidly changing patient needs and manage multiple competing priorities.
Required profile
- High school diploma or higher with advanced English (C1) proficiency.
- At least three years of customer service experience.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, including rotating holidays and weekends.
- Self‑motivated work ethic for a hybrid remote environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Basic problem‑solving and prioritization skills for complex cases.
