The role focuses on helping clients in the health and public services sector navigate digital transformation and organizational change, leveraging Accenture’s extensive industry expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in designing and implementing health change initiatives that improve performance and create sustainable value.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the Capability Network to deliver integrated solutions.
• Analyze client data, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and change‑management frameworks.
• Develop tailored change‑management methodologies for health organizations, including process redesign and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
