Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our demand generation engine across the healthcare sector. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a fractional Head of Marketing, shaping strategy, building programs, and driving qualified pipeline through AI‑enhanced workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute inbound lead generation for healthcare buyers, including blogs, landing pages, white papers, and SEO‑driven content.
• Develop and manage the full demand‑generation funnel: GTM planning, campaign calendars, lead scoring, nurturing, and MQL‑to‑SQL handoff.
• Lead ABM outbound sequences on email and LinkedIn, leveraging AI for personalization.
• Oversee marketing operations: CRM administration, attribution tracking, reporting, and pipeline reviews.
• Define AI agent architectures, collaborate with engineering, and monitor performance of automated workflows.
• Manage external vendors (design, PPC, PR) and optimize the marketing tech stack.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑stack B2B marketing experience in agency, SaaS, healthtech, or services.
• Proven track record of owning end‑to‑end pipeline generation.
• Hands‑on experience building or using AI‑driven workflow tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier, Relevance AI).
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work asynchronously with US teams.
