About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Group & Wedding Coordinator to join our hospitality team. You will plan, coordinate, and execute group events and weddings, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all operational and logistical aspects of group events and weddings from confirmation through execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and outstanding service throughout the planning process.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to guarantee smooth event delivery and a memorable guest experience.
• Monitor event timelines, room blocks, deposits, and contracted services to ensure all commitments are met.
• Maintain accurate event records, reports, and administrative documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience coordinating weddings, groups, or corporate events in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
