Groundskeeper for The Fletcher Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of The Fletcher community in Aurora. The role involves daily inspections, litter removal, and support for the service team to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect common areas throughout the day, removing litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before make‑ready, transport it to dumpsters, and keep storage areas tidy.
• Complete minor service requests and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks according to policy and verify that pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answering resident questions and handling maintenance complaints.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report accidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Commitment to Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies.
