Global TA Transformation Enablement Lead

About the role

The Global TA Transformation Enablement Lead will drive the adoption of new Talent Acquisition processes, tools and ways of working across the organisation. Acting as the bridge between transformation design and operational execution, the role partners with global and regional TA teams, HR, hiring managers and other stakeholders to translate future‑state designs into practical learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with functional stakeholders to develop and execute a global change, communications, training and adoption strategy for new TA processes and technologies.
• Assess organisational readiness, identify adoption barriers and create stakeholder engagement plans to build awareness and commitment.
• Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback, conduct role‑based impact assessments and adjust communication and training plans accordingly.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve global training programmes, creating facilitator guides, quick reference materials, playbooks and knowledge resources.
• Ensure learning solutions accommodate diverse audiences, languages, digital confidence levels and local regulatory requirements while maintaining global standards.
• Measure training effectiveness and refine enablement approaches based on performance outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in large‑scale transformation, change management or learning enablement within Talent Acquisition or HR functions.
• Strong ability to partner with cross‑functional teams and translate complex designs into clear, actionable learning experiences.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess readiness, monitor adoption and identify improvement opportunities.
