Global Supply Planner

About the role

The Global Supply Planner will work onsite at an HPE office, developing and managing business plans that align with strategic objectives. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to create short‑term plans, forecast performance, and translate data into financial value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and provide recommendations.
• Construct statistical and financial models to forecast business performance and define performance metrics.
• Lead time‑sensitive market research projects, synthesize trends, and propose next steps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the business planning cycle.
• Develop go‑forward plan recommendations based on risk and return assessments.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or a related field.
• First‑level university degree.
• Strong analytical thinking, data manipulation, and business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage projects.
