About the role

The Environmental Manager will lead the implementation and supervision of environmental policies, procedures and current legislation across construction projects. The role ensures compliance, promotes sustainable practices and supports the continuous improvement of environmental performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor compliance with environmental policies, procedures and national legislation.
• Conduct on‑site environmental inspections of construction works.
• Manage construction waste handling and promote good environmental practices.
• Lead the "Bandera Azul Construcción Sostenible" initiative.
• Provide training to project teams and maintain technical documentation.
• Travel between project sites within and outside the metropolitan area, using personal transport.

Required profile

• University degree in Environmental Science, Agronomy, Forestry, Natural Resources Management, Biology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of on‑site experience in environmental inspection for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of national environmental legislation.
• Ability to lead teams, deliver training and manage technical records.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office 365, especially OneDrive.
