Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, maintaining service, quality, and execution standards.
• Set and monitor sales targets and performance indicators to drive profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of progressive responsibility in retail, restaurant, food‑service, hospitality, or customer‑service environments.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• University education in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (completed or advanced studies).
• Experience managing sales, KPIs, inventory, and other operational metrics.
• Strong customer orientation and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Clear, warm, and effective communication skills.
