GDS Content & Strategy Coordinator

About the role

The GDS Content & Strategy Coordinator ensures the accuracy and integrity of fare and content displays across global distribution systems. By conducting audits, validating content and spotting discrepancies, the role supports reliable travel booking and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Validate content across Sabre, Amadeus and other GDS channels.
• Perform routine audits of air and hotel content.
• Execute real‑time fare and rate audits.
• Identify inefficiencies in content loading and validation workflows.
• Diagnose discrepancies, determine root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to internal regional teams.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and experience with Sabre and Amadeus.
• Prior experience in the travel industry, focusing on air and/or hotel.
• Experience with data validation, QA processes or auditing workflows.
• Ability to interpret information and spot anomalies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate issues and resolutions.
• Knowledge of airline fare rules or hotel rate distribution is a plus.
