Fullstack UI/UX Engineer

About the role

Join IBM Consulting to design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications that enable data‑driven, business‑critical use cases. You will work with leading companies, leveraging IBM technology, Snowflake, and cloud platforms to deliver innovative solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs, ensuring usability, performance, and reliability.
• Build backend services and RESTful APIs that interact with relational databases and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Write and optimise SQL queries to support analytics, operational dashboards, and application features.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, stand‑ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Debug and resolve issues across the application stack, including data‑related performance and quality problems.

Required profile

• Strong experience in software development, preferably in a consulting or client‑facing environment.
• Proficiency in English at B2+ level.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile teams and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements.

Required skills

• JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• SQL and relational database concepts.
• RESTful API design and integration.
• Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
