Full-Time Bilingual Nanny

About the role

Pacific Childcare provides bespoke childcare for families staying at hotels, resorts and private villas in Costa Rica. It is hiring a warm, professional and bilingual caregiver to work full time in Guanacaste, caring for children from newborns to 12 years old.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, engaging and enriching care for children from newborns to 12 years old
• Work in luxury hotels, villas and private residences across Guanacaste
• Create meaningful activities that make every family's vacation memorable
• Represent the brand with high standards of hospitality and discretion

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written (required)
• Proven experience in childcare, early education or a related field
• Availability to work 6 days per week, including weekends and holidays
• Residence in Liberia, Bagaces, Guardia or nearby areas
• Own reliable transportation (required)
• A warm, patient and proactive personality with a genuine love for children
