Full Stack Software Developer

About the role

The client, a U.S.-based technology company, is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join its Costa Rica team. You will collaborate with engineers in Costa Rica and the United States to build scalable, intelligent solutions for manufacturing, distribution, and specialty services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web, server‑side, and mobile applications using modern .NET technologies.
• Create scalable REST APIs, integrations, and cloud‑deployed services on Azure or Google Cloud.
• Build features for web portals, mobile apps, plant solutions, and collaboration platforms.
• Integrate applications with ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, and third‑party services.
• Contribute to AI/ML projects including OCR, computer vision, NLP, and generative AI.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and data‑driven business solutions.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work in multidisciplinary, Lean‑Agile teams across Costa Rica and the United States.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and collaborative skills.
