Full Stack .NET Engineer

About the role

First Factory is seeking a Full Stack .NET Engineer to join a client team. The role requires solid software engineering fundamentals, modern .NET expertise, and a willingness to work on both backend and web frontend tasks while handling SQL Server and Azure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain high‑performing, scalable applications using modern .NET (C#) and patterns such as CQRS.
• Develop frontend components with ASP.NET Core MVC, Razor, Blazor Server, Bootstrap, Sass and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Deploy services in Azure (App Service, Functions, Blob Storage) and manage secrets via Key Vault and Managed Identities.
• Work with SQL Server, EF Core and Dapper to write efficient T‑SQL and ensure reliable data persistence.
• Create and integrate Web APIs (ASP.NET Core Web API, SignalR, JWT Bearer) and HTTP clients (Refit, RestSharp).
• Write clean, secure code, participate in code reviews and unit testing (xUnit, Moq, FluentAssertions).

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience delivering web applications with modern .NET (C#).
• Strong understanding of core software engineering concepts, API design and dependency injection.
• Practical experience with Azure basics and cloud security fundamentals.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps YAML.
