Front-End StencilJS Software Engineer

About the role

Join a high‑velocity build pod at 3Pillar Global to modernize a security‑critical front‑end estate for a major institutional client. You will convert Angular/AngularJS applications to StencilJS, write unit tests, and integrate with back‑end APIs while working in an AI‑assisted delivery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Convert Angular and AngularJS applications to StencilJS web‑components, delivering one application per build cycle.
• Author StencilJS unit tests with a target of ≥75% coverage per application.
• Integrate front‑end applications with client‑owned REST APIs using mocks and a strangler‑fig cutover.
• Deliver build‑ready and test‑ready applications meeting code‑quality and vulnerability‑scan requirements (no Critical or High findings).
• Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project tools.
• Gather requirements, validate understanding, and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with StencilJS or a component‑based front‑end framework, Angular/AngularJS.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web‑component development.
• Experience integrating front‑ends with REST APIs and using CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerized deployment on Kubernetes (AKS) and front‑end security hygiene.
• Basic design proficiency (UML/C4/ArchiMate) and Agile development experience.
