Freelance On‑Site Soft Skills Trainer

About the role

Lingua Learn is seeking a Freelance Soft Skills Trainer to deliver on‑site training sessions in the Gran Area Metropolitana, Costa Rica. The role focuses on enhancing participants' effective communication, presentation, and influence & persuasion abilities, with all training conducted in English.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver on‑site soft‑skills workshops covering communication, presentation, and influence & persuasion.
• Prepare training plans, materials, and supporting resources tailored to corporate and individual learners.
• Adapt and potentially deliver additional soft‑skills modules from a provided list, such as leadership, negotiation, and emotional intelligence.
• Assess participant progress and provide feedback to ensure learning objectives are met.

Required profile

• University degree (any field) with at least three years of experience delivering soft‑skills training.
• High proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Fluency in Spanish is a distinct advantage.
• Ability to lead one or more of the listed soft‑skills topics.
