Freelance AI Trainer – Data Annotation

About the role

Toloka is looking for remote freelancers to join its AI Trainer program. As a Data Annotator you will help improve generative AI models by reviewing and labeling various types of content, such as text, images, and videos. The work is project‑based, allowing you to fit tasks around your existing commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Review provided data (text, images, or videos) according to project guidelines.
• Label or classify content to help AI understand context and meaning.
• Identify and flag factually incorrect, sensitive, inappropriate, or unclear material.
• Provide feedback or ask clarifying questions when instructions are ambiguous.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Strong logical thinking, fact‑checking, and reasoning abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
