Finance Master Data Analyst

About the role

The Finance Master Data Analyst supports the accuracy, security and effective use of routine data across the organization. Working under close supervision, the role assists in policy development, data quality, and governance to ensure compliance and enable better decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and development of data management and governance strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain standards for data storage, integration and consumption in both raw and insight formats.
• Document data standards to ensure consistency and quality across all data domains.
• Collaborate to ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability throughout its lifecycle.
• Support data governance policies, risk and compliance processes, and data literacy training programs.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with global team experience.
• Proactive, curious, eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Adaptable to continuously changing work conditions.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP and/or JDE/OneStream.
• Power BI and AI tool Copilot.
