Finance Manager – Center Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead end‑to‑end finance and accounting operations for a global centre. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, ensuring robust internal controls, accurate reporting, and effective stewardship of financial resources.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all finance and accounting functions including treasury, bank accounts, balance‑sheet, P&L, payroll, local tax and statutory compliance.
• Implement and maintain consistent finance policies and systems across the centre.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor requests.
• Provide timely financial analysis, budgeting, allocations, reporting and insights to centre leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, escalating issues and delivering clear updates.
• Collaborate with global Finance Shared Services and corporate tax teams to ensure integration and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing finance and accounting operations in a multi‑national environment.
• Strong understanding of treasury, payroll, tax and statutory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Effective communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
