Finance Analyst

About the role

Noventiq is seeking a Finance Analyst to support its global finance team. The role will involve processing invoices, supporting accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with cash‑flow and bank‑reconciliation activities. This position is ideal for recent graduates or students in accounting or finance who have 1‑2 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Record expense and cost invoices in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Validate supporting documentation and ensure correct accounting entries.
• Assist with basic account reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Manage supplier invoice registration, track approvals, and schedule payments.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve queries and manage accounts payable.
• Issue and control customer invoices, ensuring tax compliance and accurate information.
• Monitor collections, manage the receivables portfolio, and apply payments in the system.
• Support payment execution, cash‑flow monitoring, and bank‑movement recording.
• Validate billing information prior to issuance and actively follow up on overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Advanced student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in similar accounting or finance roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.
