About the role
As a Regional Marketing Manager you will lead the development and execution of marketing programs that support Splunk’s Americas sales regions across Latin America. You will be the face of Marketing in the region, driving growth targets, pipeline generation and brand strength for a fast‑growing Big Data company.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Latin America sales leadership and the Americas marketing team to create a regional plan aligned with business goals.
- Design and execute data‑driven marketing activities, events, sponsorships, executive gatherings and workshops to generate pipeline and awareness.
- Manage the regional calendar and email cadence to maximise engagement while avoiding fatigue.
- Collaborate with partner marketing and development managers on joint campaigns and evaluate performance.
- Work with global event, customer and program marketing functions to integrate field initiatives into the buyer’s journey.
- Identify, translate and adapt key content assets for Latin American campaigns based on market needs.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience marketing enterprise software (IT, BI or SaaS preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Hybrid work schedule – at least one day per week on‑site, with occasional travel for events.
