Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor leads the site’s maintenance programs, ensuring reliable, safe, and continuous operation of all building systems. This position blends technical expertise with operational leadership to manage preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinate technicians and vendors, and resolve complex facility issues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and own preventive and predictive maintenance plans for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and external service vendors.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot failures, and drive corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare‑part inventories, and vendor contracts.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase reliability and efficiency of facility operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Proven experience planning and overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams or projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
