Experienced Analyst – Trade Operations (Orthopedics)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for an Experienced Analyst to join the Trade Operations team for its Orthopedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role will support the Global Transportation and Trade Operations (GTTO) function for the new manufacturing site (Epsilon Project) and will help shape a state‑of‑the‑art operating model for all import and export activities within a Free Trade Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Control and execute GTTO processes for the Costa Rica manufacturing site.
• Design and maintain the operating model for import and export under the Free Trade Zone regulations.
• Coordinate transportation activities and ensure compliance with global trade policies.
• Support the planned separation of the Orthopedics business into the standalone DePuy Synthes company.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including works councils and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in trade operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in trade operations, supply chain, or logistics within a multinational environment.
• Understanding of Free Trade Zone procedures and international import/export regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Grecia, Costa Rica.
