Executive Assistant & Marketing/Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant & Marketing/Sales Coordinator to support executive leadership and drive operational excellence across administrative, CRM, sales, and marketing functions. The role is fully remote and ideal for a proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities and ensure projects move forward efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document action items and draft professional communications.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems and provide daily administrative support to leadership.
• Coordinate internal and external projects, monitor timelines, ensure accountability and communicate status updates.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, track sales pipeline activity, marketing engagement metrics and generate reports for leadership.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and ensure operational processes run smoothly.

Required profile

• Strong written English communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Eligibility to reside in Latin America.
