About the role
The Executive Assistant II provides comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring smooth information flow, event coordination, and vendor interactions. Working with minimal supervision, the role blends document preparation, schedule management, and problem‑solving to keep the department operating efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Create integrative presentations, reports, and detailed correspondence with limited direction.
- Coordinate and calendar meetings for directors and their teams, handling logistics for small‑scale events.
- Assist department managers with standard requests and issue resolution on an ad‑hoc basis.
- Communicate with vendors to address basic information needs and resolve routine matters.
- Maintain department files, inventory, and office supplies in line with budgetary policies.
- Utilize basic office software and databases to retrieve and compile information for reports.
