Especialista IBM ACE – Plataforma de Integración

About the role

We are looking for an Especialista IBM ACE to own and operate the mission‑critical data integration platform that supports Walmart’s core systems across Central America. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining integration flows that enable ecommerce, SAP, and point‑of‑sale operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop integration flows using IBM ACE / Integration Bus.
• Operate and support the data bus in production (L2/L3), ensuring correct execution of critical transaction flows.
• Implement monitoring, alerts and proactive improvements to guarantee high availability and stability.
• Manage deployments and changes following CAB procedures and maintain governance documentation.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and support mission‑critical ecommerce and core operations.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, architecture teams and external vendors to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in integration or middleware environments.
• Hands‑on experience with IBM ACE / Integration Bus and integration patterns.
• Experience supporting high‑availability, mission‑critical systems.
• Advanced English proficiency and a leadership mindset.
