About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to support its MedTech Orthopedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role will lead site EHS&S initiatives and ensure compliance with local and corporate regulations.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for site Environmental Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) compliance.
Ensure operations meet local and corporate EHS&S regulations.
Manage a team of individual contributors.

Required profile

Experience in Environmental Health & Safety management.
Knowledge of local and corporate EHS regulations.
Leadership experience managing a team.
