About the role

As an Enterprise Architect at BairesDev, you will design and oversee end‑to‑end technical solutions that align IT infrastructure with business objectives. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while influencing large‑scale projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and engineer scalable software solutions that meet critical business requirements.
• Define and implement enterprise‑wide architecture patterns and complex integration designs.
• Coordinate state changes across distributed systems to maintain technical consistency.
• Lead cross‑functional stakeholder management to align business and IT teams.
• Govern adoption of modern tech stacks and cloud computing, moving beyond traditional on‑premises infrastructure.
• Monitor and ensure the health and integrity of architectural standards over time.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing end‑to‑end enterprise solutions across multiple stacks.
• Strong background in cross‑functional stakeholder management and leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
