Engineering Projects Supervisor

About the role

The Engineering Projects Supervisor leads and delivers large‑scale CAPEX projects at a food manufacturing site, ensuring they meet business needs and improve site conditions. The role covers the full project lifecycle from planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, using FEL governance and the KHMS system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CAPEX projects (typically > USD 1M) – define scope, schedule, cost, and milestones.
• Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and schedules for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate RFQs and purchasing plans to support project execution.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and FSQ requirements using BOS/KHMS.
• Follow quality standards, site policies, and report any safety or product‑quality incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in food manufacturing environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Advanced project management using FEL methodology.
• Stakeholder and change management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience with MS Project and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and manage spare‑parts inventories.
• Basic knowledge of asset depreciation.
