Endpoint Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Endpoint Engineer to join a client’s technology team as an embedded, full‑time resource. The role will support a high‑capacity endpoint team, driving platform optimisation, automation and modern documentation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise Microsoft Intune and Kandji MDM platforms for the entire device fleet.
• Manage and optimise the Microsoft 365 environment, including licensing, policies and governance.
• Administer collaboration tools such as Box, Slack and Zoom.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation initiatives to reduce manual workload.
• Create and maintain runbooks, standard operating procedures and architecture documentation.
• Mature operational processes and platform governance.
• Participate in after‑hours, weekend and holiday support rotation.
• Establish and enforce endpoint build standards and configuration baselines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in endpoint management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel to the United States approximately 20% of the time.
