Employee Services Representative

About the role

World Vision is seeking an Employee Services Representative to deliver high‑quality, timely support for employee HR matters across its local offices. You will act as the first point of contact for staff, ensuring smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and day‑to‑day administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service for employee HR inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks for multiple local office branches.
• Assist with employment processes and onboarding of International Assignees.
• Handle simple HR requests, troubleshoot problems, and know when to escalate.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree (or equivalent) or at least three years of relevant HR or customer‑service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong time‑management, organization, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to interact with staff at all levels while embodying the “We Value People” value.
• Continuous learning mindset and focus on process improvement.
