Email & SMS Marketing – Sports Sales Coordinator

About the role

Community Sports Partners seeks a proactive professional to blend email and SMS marketing with sales follow‑through and coordination of pickup games. The role drives interest into bookings and ensures smooth game operations to boost repeat participation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send email/SMS campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games and registration offers.
• Maintain accurate inventory of locations, dates, time slots and pricing; respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
• Create and update game listings, monitor registrations, manage waitlists and coordinate with local hosts.
• Track campaign performance, delivery metrics and booking outcomes; report on revenue and engagement.

Required profile

• Practical experience creating email campaigns and SMS automations.
• Strong written and spoken English for North‑American customer interactions.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage schedules, prices and customer records.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends on Toronto/Eastern time.

Required skills

• Experience with email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• CRM usage experience.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting.

• Monthly base salary US$800‑US$1,000 plus variable commissions US$500‑US$1,000.
