Electrical Design Engineer – Commercial Vehicle Systems

About the role

Triz Engineering Solutions is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to develop and integrate electrical systems for medium‑ and heavy‑duty commercial vehicle platforms. You will work in a fast‑paced engineering environment, creating 3D wiring harnesses, schematics, and supporting the full product lifecycle from concept to production release.

Key responsibilities

• Design electrical systems and wiring harnesses for trucks and specialty vehicles.
• Create 3D CAD models, 2D schematics, and harness drawings using Siemens NX.
• Integrate electrical components into overall vehicle designs and manage engineering data in Teamcenter.
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensure compliance with customer, supplier, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct design reviews, support cost‑effective solutions, and collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design engineering.
• Automotive OEM design experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Detail‑oriented with solid problem‑solving abilities.
