About the role

Join a growing BIM team that supports real U.S. construction projects. This full‑time contractor position is 100% remote for qualified candidates across Latin America and focuses on producing high‑quality electrical BIM deliverables.

Key responsibilities

Model electrical systems in Revit, delivering LOD 400 installation‑ready or fabrication‑oriented models.
Create electrical drawings, schedules, view templates, and sheet sets.
Coordinate models using Navisworks for clash detection and issue tracking.

Required profile

2+ years of hands‑on electrical BIM modeling experience.
Professional English communication skills (upper‑intermediate or higher).
Availability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) within U.S. time zones.

Required skills

Strong Revit Electrical modeling and documentation abilities.
Proficiency with Navisworks coordination.
Experience with Dynamo, automation, and AI‑assisted workflows.
