About the role

The Special Accounts Executive will build strategic relationships and drive growth for a leading dairy brand. You will manage assigned accounts, identify business opportunities, and create value through strong commercial partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain close contact with assigned clients through negotiations, visits, and ongoing relationship management.
• Analyze business, client and market behavior to spot growth opportunities and develop action plans.
• Execute commercial activities and strategies together with clients and internal teams to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate promotions, discounts and bonuses agreed with clients to boost commercial results.
• Monitor key business indicators, track commercial performance and propose corrective actions.
• Manage relevant commercial information to support decision‑making, identify trends and develop new opportunities.

Required profile

• High school diploma in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field; university degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in account management, sales or business development, preferably in fast‑moving consumer goods or food sector.
• Demonstrated analytical ability, negotiation skills and results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
