About the role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for growing and managing Habla Bebidas' client portfolio in the tourist zone of Costa Rica. You will work on‑site, visiting hotels, restaurants, liquor stores and supermarkets to present our beverage range and close sales.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and expand the customer base across Guanacaste, Jaco and Puntarenas.
- Visit clients, present product portfolio and negotiate commercial terms.
- Close sales agreements and ensure order follow‑up.
- Handle incident management and keep internal tools updated.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to execute promotions and campaigns.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience, preferably in wines and spirits (ON and OFF‑trade).
- Proactive attitude with strong customer service focus.
- Ability to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Good personal presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to rural areas and a valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma (preferred).
