About the role

The Fleet Business Executive will coordinate financing negotiations for fleet customers, ensuring credit approvals align with company policies and sales targets. Working within Grupo Q’s automotive network, the role focuses on generating new fleet clients, maintaining existing relationships, and supporting credit and insurance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Review credit applications and forward qualified requests to the credit department.
• Collect and segment client information to tailor financing solutions.
• Generate new fleet customers and follow up on existing fleets (trucks, transport companies, car rental firms).
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to fleet managers and financial officers to promote credit products and coordinate promotions.
• Manage credit returns, prepare appeal proposals, and close deals with clients.
• Design special credit payment plans for client approval.
• Prepare vehicle insurance requests and coordinate with the relevant department.
• Record business income and ensure proper follow‑up.
• Maintain risk‑prevention culture and promptly report any risk events to the Integrated Risk Unit.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in sales specialization and 1 year in credit management.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Knowledge of anti‑money‑laundering regulations and effective sales techniques.

• Regulatory compliance knowledge (AML and related legislation).
