About the role
The Tele‑sales Executive will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets for children’s party events, providing personalized and proactive service to attract, advise, and retain customers. The role also includes administrative and operational follow‑up to ensure events are executed correctly and to increase the average ticket value across Grupo Jump parks.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect potential clients via phone, instant messaging, email, social media, events, fairs, and partnerships.
- Handle inquiries, deliver personalized advice, and close sales for children’s parties and related services.
- Follow up promptly with interested prospects who have not completed the purchase process.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, or presentations with interested customers.
- Prepare and send quotations, customized packages, and reservation confirmations.
- Verify date availability in parks and ensure correct booking in the system.
- Collaborate with operational teams to guarantee proper event execution (decoration, food, personalization, logistics, etc.).
- Record and update prospects, interactions, and sales stages in the designated CRM platform.
- Monitor payments, advances, and client balances.
- Conduct post‑sale follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Maintain up‑to‑date sales reports, client tracking, conversion, and cancellation data.
- Assist with claim management or operational adjustments when required.
- Represent Grupo Jump at fairs, exhibitions, activations, or commercial alliances.
- Provide customer feedback for continuous service improvement.
Required profile
- High school diploma or active university student in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum four years proven experience as a tele‑sales executive (mandatory).
- Availability to work rotating schedules and weekends.
- Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel.
- Understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Basic English (B1) proficiency is a plus.
